All purchases can be returned within 2 weeks for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the artwork for any reason, email us at:
infonewchineseart.com to let us know that you will return the artwork to us. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
In China, mail order by credit card is not allowed. Thus, we accept payments by Pay Pal and by bank-to-bank transfer. Cheques can also be accepted, but please note that international cheques take several weeks to clear. Once payment has cleared, we will immediately ship the artwork. |

We can ship artworks to anywhere in the world. Many paintings and photographs can be shipped rolled up in a tube. The shipping cost depends on the size of the artwork and the weight of the package. We offer different shipping methods, from express courier shipping (which normally arrives within 3-5 days of the shipment) to regular airmail to shipment by sea. The shipping method and price will be agreed upon before any shipments.
